Dusk till dawn....

Well i finaly got around to seeing this movie...
Now i rekon they should of just kept going with the violent bank robbers, fuck the vampires off, keep salymer Hyak tho....
So yeah that was a really good movie, untill it went retarded....
At least harvey kytell dies. (or how ever u spell his name...)
Also what was with the dude who had the penis gun.... wtf!!!
thats right his name was sex machine...
So sex machine had a fold down gun...
Did anyone notice that the chambers for the bullets wernt actualy near the barrel...
Thus not being able to shoot his penis gun...
Oh well.
So yeah did some more weights last night...
Mine Arms!!!!!!
Frank and i have had about 2 weeks off, and boy did we feel it last night, so 2 weeks off and going up 5k's to 40kg.
And before we did and bench pressing, i was using the barbells with 10kgs on them, and my un-muscely arms were asking why i was doing this to them...
So next time bench press first, then individual weights...
Otherwise i will only be able to do like 5 to 4 1/2 reps per set....
Also my leg seems to be tired...
not sure why.
Watched the 2 new family guy's and the new american dad...
both were pretty funny.
Not as funny as the one with the hinden-peter!
So yeah not much to report, been working, working out, playing GTA San Andreas..
